Job Title: Senior Programme Officer Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (SPOMEAL)
Location: Kaduna, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
Lead on the planning and implementation of all EWEI’s monitoring and Evaluation activities.
Analysing data, disseminating in a reader friendly format and production of study and research
documents.
Providing technical feedback on monitoring and evaluation plans for EWEI’s and donor funded
projects.
Lead on the provision of M&E findings to support performance planning, risk analysis and risk
management.
Develop and monitor project management plan to systematically document performance.
Ensuring the alignment of M&E activities with programme goals.
Developing databases and tracking.
Lead on developing reporting of project reviews, assessment, surveys, and other analytical or equal
processes and products.
Lead on knowledge management processes, implementation and deliverables.
Working in close collaborations with programme officers, and staff/consultant to strengthen EWEIs
data quality, accuracy and consistency to build credible evidence base for programmes.
Following up on M&E activities to ensure that all procedures are taken and adjustments are made to
programs and project responses as required.
Developing the overall framework for M&E systems accelerations with donor and senior project staff
including requirements, reporting, baseline and evaluation survey.
Education, Qualification, Competences and Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline, additional qualifications/certification in gender related studies is a plus.
Personal development/courses on M&E are mandatory.
At least eight-year professional experience.
Experience in data science and statistics.
Experience of working in a team and under pressure.
Excellent spoken and written English including writing reports.
Interest in gender issues & international development.
Excellent computer skills (documents/spreadsheets/databases/presentations/calendars/email)
Other languages (e.g. Hausa) and foreign languages including French are an advantage
Job Title: Senior Outreach and Fundraising Specialist (SOFS)
Location: Kaduna, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
Member of Senior Management Team
Developing and deploying an organisational marketing and outreach framework (inclusive of
actionable tools)
Scoping, identifying and developing partnerships with relevant networks, coalitions, think tanks,
intergovernmental organisations and CBOs and I/NGOs to drive EWEI’s strategic priorities; and
maintain a database of the same
Proactively identifying prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow donor partnerships
Lead donor and programme reporting processes through final reviews following input from different
departments
The review of existing Grant Management System, advises and establishes an improved system
Developing and delivering high quality grant proposals to secure targets of diverse (restricted and
unrestricted) funds for the organisation with set targets and specific focus on international donors and
foundations for long term funding
Building capacity and mentoring assigned staff members
Tracking and reporting progress on all assigned duties
Member of EWEI Strategic Plan Committee
Education, Qualification, Competences and Skills Required
Other languages (e.g. Hausa) and foreign languages including French are an advantage
Minimum Masters in a relevant discipline
An additional qualification/certification in gender is a plus
At least six years of professional experience

A solid understanding of the development and non-profit sector in Nigeria and globally
Demonstrated ability to network and liaise with international stakeholders, including the media
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write blogs, press releases and edit and proofread

Job Title: Outreach and Fundraisng Officer (OFO)
Location: Kaduna, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
The Outreach and Fundraising Officer will support the routine outreach and fundraising functions of the organisation
Supports in the development of organisational marketing and outreach framework (inclusive of actionable tools)

organisations and CBOs and I/NGOs to drive EWEI’s strategic priorities

Required Education, Qualification and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree essential in a relevant discipline. Additional qualifications in Project Management, Fund
raising and establishing Professional Partnerships is a plus
At least two years job related experience in Grant Writing and Project Management
A good understanding of the development and non-profit sector in Nigeria and globally
Demonstrated ability to network and liaise with international stakeholders, including the media
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write blogs, press releases, presentations and reports.
Strong service orientation, flexibility and understanding of organisation’s needs
Experience of working in a team and under pressure
Excellent use of grant management system and at least one professional certificate in one of same
Must be familiar and able to comfortably utilise the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written English.
Other languages (e.g. Hausa) and foreign languages including French are an advantage.
